When will my order ship?

Your order will ship out the next business day and you will be emailed the tracking information at that time.

What do you charge for shipping?

For a limited time, all orders ship free of charge!

What if my order arrives damaged?

If for some reason your order arrives damaged, please email me at brenda@cinnamonroseprimitives.com when you discover the damage. I will then immediately either email you or mail you a USPS return shipping label. (The USPS can be contacted to make a pick-up from your location.)

Please indicate if you would like a replacement shipped to you or a refund issued.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 5 days after receiving your order. Please email cinnamonroseprimitives@outlook.com to notify us and include your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping. Items must be returned exactly as they are received and packages should have the necessary insurance as well.

Primitives are pieces that show the look of time, and they come in the form of linens, lighting, furniture pieces, or handcrafted decor.

What are primitive collectibles?

Primitives can be new pieces made to look old through paint distressing or with the use of rustic materials, or they can be actual antiques that tell their history through every nick in their paint or patch in their quilting.
